方法

Easy to make and taste good!No issue with the cumin :) Didn't add in the yogurt either on the last bit but it still tasted GOOD.Will make this again.

喜欢这个食谱,会做一次又一次。按照食谱做,但只加了半茶匙孜然,味道不错。用生甜菜煮熟。想一想,这比一包预先煮熟的甜菜根味道更土。加上一些切碎的薄荷味,给人一种清新的感觉。必须试一下!

你好,I have frozen hummus before and it turns out just fine.冰箱里的配料没有太多问题。我会在一个更“僵硬”的纹理的一边出错,允许在冰冻后有一个稍微倾斜的鹰嘴豆,但这是唯一必要的预防措施。I normally pop it into smallish Tupperware containers so that I don't have to defrost a load that I perhaps don't want.Defrost at room temperature for a couple of hours (works grand in a work locker!) in time for lunch
